Do I need to have a startup already?

No. You can apply with a strong problem statement and proof that you can build, such as projects, GitHub, portfolio, or shipped work.

Is this online or in-person? How much time commitment is required?

The program is primarily designed as a residential experience. Builders are required to commit full-time for six months and report to an office setup (location disclosed later).

Do you pay residents?

Yes. Residents receive a monthly stipend and a sustenance fund to reduce survival stress and allow full focus on building.

What do I get by the end of 6 months? Do you take equity?

By the end of six months, you will have a shipped product, real user validation, and a clear go-to-market plan with mentor feedback and ecosystem support. Equity, if any, is founder-first, fair, future-safe, and shared transparently before signing.

What is the selection process?

The typical flow includes: application form submission, proof-of-work review, a 72-hour build challenge for shortlisted candidates, and a final interview.
